18kt white gold, yellow gold, and diamond ring by Buccellati from the Macri Classica collection. The ring features a yellow gold hank with a hand engraved Rigato effect finish. Six (6) round brilliant diamonds are spaced evenly around the shank, set in tiny star-shaped white gold rosettes. Between the rosettes two white gold beads are set on opposite sides of the shank. The ring is size 6.
