Walk-ins are welcome at our showrooms during business hours. Viewings at our lounges in New York City, Miami, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore are by appointment only. For dedicated time with a client advisor, especially for bridal consultations, trade-in evaluations, or viewing a specific timepiece, we recommend booking an appointment online.

Are all brands available at every location?

Every showroom offers a wide selection of timepieces and fine jewelry, but authorized brands vary by location. Visit individual store pages to see each location's brands or contact your nearest store to ask about viewing a specific piece.

Do your stores accept watch trade-ins?

Yes. Our locations accept watch trade-ins and purchase pre-owned watches outright. Bring your timepiece to any showroom for an appraisal by our watch specialists.
